Paper Cushioning — Hippo · Pangolin · Lamb
Three paper-based protection systems that replace plastic bubble wrap and purchased void fill with recyclable, on-demand alternatives — each designed for a specific cushioning application at the packing station.
Hippo — Cardboard Perforator & Strip Shredder
Turns waste cartons directly into protective honeycomb wrap, strips, or shredded void fill at the packing station. Repurposing used boxes reduces both disposal costs and purchased void-fill spend. Desktop and floor models serve packing stations at every volume level; PT models add strip output, and 2-in-1 / 3-in-1 formats combine wrap, strips, and shredded filler in a single machine. Feed widths 350–550 mm; cutting speed 5–18 m/min; handles board up to 20 mm thick.
Pangolin — Paper Bubble Machine
Forms recyclable kraft paper into paper bubble cushioning on demand — a direct alternative to plastic bubble wrap. Accepts roll or fanfold paper input with preset length, preset quantity, and automatic cutting. Optional rewinder keeps the workstation tidy. Output speed adjustable 0–26 m/min; feed width up to 600 mm.
Lamb — Paper Cushion Machine
Produces paper cushioning at the workstation in a compact, modular, CE-certified format — suited to pick-and-pack environments and secondary packing stations where footprint is limited. Paper speed 30 cm/s. All three systems ship as part of the SelectPack paper cushioning range, distributed by Francis Lee across APAC and globally.
Foam-in-Place — Foamigo · Tiger · Jaguar
Expanding foam systems that form a custom protective cradle around each product. Suited to high-value, irregular, or sensitive items where standard void fill provides insufficient protection. Tiger and Jaguar are the primary production-volume systems; Foamigo serves lower-throughput and prototype applications.
Air Column & Air Cushion Films
Inflatable column and cushion films for lightweight, high-throughput packing lines. Air column films provide structured side protection for bottled goods and cylindrical products; air cushion films generate bubble-type fill for general void filling. Both reduce pack weight and material cost compared to foam alternatives.
Anti-Static Protection
ESD-safe packaging materials for electronics, semiconductors, and sensitive components. Anti-static foam, bags, and cushioning prevent electrostatic discharge damage during transit and storage. Required by most OEMs and electronics manufacturers across Asia and globally.
